How can food be healthy and yet still delicious?
You can find dozens of articles on healthy food online. Although each list may be slightly different, the majority of them list healthy foods.
How can a food be unhealthy if it is full of beneficial nutrients?
Joe was severely overweight, had high blood pressure and osteoarthritis. Joe was a yo yo dieter, and he gained weight rather than lost it. It is an understatement to say that he was frustrated.
Joe ate healthy foods such as lettuce, tomatoes, green peppers, lemons, and tomatoes every day. These same healthy foods were also on Joe’s list of potentially dangerous foods when he was tested. These foods are not considered healthy for Joe, despite the fact they are usually considered healthy. He was actually able to lose 85 pounds and 16 inches from his waist in four months by eliminating his sensitive foods and following a rotation diet.
Kim suffered from chronic headaches. Kim was very conscious about her diet, and she loved peaches and carrots. Numerous allergy and sensitivity tests failed to identify the source of her headaches. She then had the ALCAT Test for chemical and food sensitivities. To her surprise, peaches and carrots were on her list of unsafe foods. She lost 11 pounds in the first month of following a rotation diet of safe food and was pain-free for five months.
Corrin experienced stomach aches, itchy skin and headaches daily. She also suffered from IBS (irritable bowel syndrome), despite eating a healthy diet and exercising regularly. She was well aware of foods she was allergic to and avoided them. Blueberries, cranberries, and artichokes were her favorite healthy foods and she enjoyed them all. Despite her best efforts to eat healthy, her symptoms persisted. She was diagnosed with food sensitivities after she was tested. Her favorite foods, such as blueberries, cranberries, and artichokes, were all among her sensitive foods. Her symptoms disappeared after four weeks of following a rotation diet and avoiding the intolerant foods.
Dan’s daughter, Dana, was hyperactive and was diagnosed with ADHD. She had been taking medication for five years. Tests for food sensitivities revealed intolerance to beef and apples as well as grapes, grapes, and lemon. She was calmer within 24 hours of her eating restrictions being removed. She was eventually able to stop taking her medication.
All of the people were found to be food sensitive or intolerance to healthy food. These foods, while being healthy and rich in nutrients, were not good for Joe, Kim and Corrin’s daughters. They were their unhealthy, healthy foods.
